our friends bob & joy are opening a 1920's theme- prohibition lounge. this place is totally different than any other place in lexington. it is not a night club at all.  i would compare it to an upscale harvey's with live music!  their signature cocktails are absolutley delicious (i should know- i tried everyone of them!!) their wine selection is great! AND i am already planning my 20's theme costume for halloween weekend!

my personal favorites:

wild turkey american honey & fresh lemon sour. so refreshing!!






-shaken not stired
belvedere intense unfiltered vodka. shaken hard - to your liking.

engagements

it seems to be contagious, everyone has the wedding bug! it will be a little bit longer before i get married, however, miss amanda is getting married next april in hilton head! amanda & adam are such a fun couple, and i know there wedding is going to be gorgeous (& a good excuse for a weekend getaway!) 

we have another wedding a few weeks later in may in clearwater, florida! i love that all my friends are getting married! so fun!
