Pinterest came to life last night when I made these amazzzzzing Red Velvet Cookies! I had planned on making them for Thanksgiving/Christmas and taking them to family/friend parties. However, today was our Liberty Mutual office Thanksgiving dinner and a perfect opportunity to test out the recipe. I guess they were a hit because everyone gobbled them up! Red Velvet Cookies with White Chocolate Chips
*1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix
*1 cup of All-Purpose Flour
*1 egg
*2 sticks of softened butter (YES, 2 sticks)
*2 cups of white chocolate chips
Mix the above ingredients together is large bowl. You get Red Velvet Cookie Dough!
Preheat oven at 350 degrees, bake for 8-10. The batch should yield around 24 small cookies. Yumm!
