autumn adventures!

as september comes to an end...
i just wanted to recap all of things that have been going on.
we have been going going GOING. i mean, we work work work during the week then on the weekend. GO GO GO! i don't understand the word "bored" because i never just to experience it.

september was full of tailgating.  we tailgate not because we love our football team, we tailgate because it gives us an excuse to socialize with our friends out in this gorgeous bluegrass weather!

we visited the new Trust lounge in downtown lexington a few times. i really enjoyed this place, especially a couple of their specialty cocktails!

i won a sales contest at work, the prize was two tickets to journey in nashville!
while i would have NEVER bought journey tickets on my own, it was a fun time!

more fun at Trust with miss whitney blanford!

more tailgating with my sister brittany!

last sunday we went to a red's game. the day before was full of tailgating, so excuse my tired look and pony tail!

anthony had been talking about going up to the top of this building in cincy! you can see the whole city from the top!

after viewing the city from above, we realized that oktoberfest was going on downtown. so we went back down 44 stories and join the festivities!

we enjoyed lots of great beer & food!

this weekend was just as fun filled, but i took zero pictures.
friday night, we had a nice chill night in with some red wine!
we tailgated with friends and family on saturday.
today we headed to evan's orchard! we love love LOVE this place! this is the 3rd fall we had made the trip to evan's. (can't believe anthony & i have been dating for almost 3 years!!!) :)
anyhow, today we only pick up some apples and tomatoes!
we will head back to evan's in a few weeks for some pumpkins!

have a great week! :)

red rocks

as i finished by first week back at work, after a mini vacay, i still have colorado on my mind! i know anthony does as well! we are both very anxious to get back to the place we enjoy the most!
anyhow, one thing that i experienced out in colorado was the amazzzing music everyone listens to.
i also want to introduce you to "RED ROCKS"
RedRocksAMP.png
red rocks amphitheatre is a rock structure in Red Rocks Park near morrisonColorado (west of Denver), where concerts are given in the open-air amphitheatre. There is a large, tilted, disc-shaped rock behind the stage, a huge vertical rock angled outwards from stage right, several large outcrops angled outwards from stage left and a seating area for up to 9,450 people in between.

It is amazing! you must listen to "colder weather" by zac brown band LIVE @ RED ROCKS!

here is another jam! LOVE LOVE LOVE this song!  can't wait to ski down the slopes listening to this!

local lexington dj's do not know good music! they play radio remixes!
BUT colorado kids KNOW good music!

i am absolutely in love with colorado. now, i have been skiiing in colorado, and i absolutly loved it, then you visit in the summer/fall. omgee. goregous. plus everyone, and i mean everyone is biking, hiking, being ACTIVE! unlike kentucky, i have been back for maybe 24 hours and it has rained the entire time! YUCK!
there is a good possibility that anthony & i will be moving back to the rockies, in the not to far future! it's just amazzzzing there! here are some pictures from our amazzzing adventure! i have more stories from our adventures to come!
for now i have to get back to playing catch up at the office!
