vegas in november

It's been over a month since I have had the chance to get on here and write.

November flew by..I was sick for a solid week, then I had a work trip to Vegas. I feel like I woke up and now it's December!

November was filled with warm days...like this one spent at Terranea Resort.  This is where my fiance, Anthony, works.  Not a bad office view.

 

Vegas was fun.  I got to spend time with my favorite Lexington Liberty Mutual co-workers!

 

We went to see this hott new show called Absinthe! If you are in Vegas anytime soon, I highly recommend it! It was great!  We even saw James Franco at the show, which was super cool.

 

 

Another night we headed for the club...We went to Hakkasan at the MGM Grand.  The club is owned by a bunch of DJ's so you can imagine how insane it is.... 

 

 

Some other fun things...

 

We of course had to stop by the Wynn. I love this place. So grand and goregous! This indoor garden is to die for.

 

One of the last days we were tired...and ready to get out of Vegas so we took a day trip to the Hoover Dam.  Anthony loves educational things like this.  We all actually had a lot of fun!

 

 Our last night in Vegas Anthony & I had dinner at Nobu.  The Nobu sushi restuarants are some of the best sushi America has to offer...in my opinon. 

 

3 nights in Vegas is my MAX.  I was ready to be back in Sunny California!  Did I mention that it rained the entire time we were there??

Wow. It's been 5 months since Anthony & I have moved to Los Angeles...and it's been a crazy ride. Both of our lives have been a world wind! Here are a few of my favorite moments...

Anthony & I both work a ton, and sometime have totally opposite schedules.  It's nice when we do get to have al of these amazing adventures in our new town (I mean 2nd largest city in the country!) hahaha

Seriously though, I love this city. I have some amazing sunset/skyline pictures that I need to share in my next post, which I promise will be soon.

On another note, how is it already November?

june 2013*our first month in socal

Anthony & I have offically been living in California 2 & 1/2 months.  We could not be happier with our decision to sell 90% of everything we own and move out west! It has not been easy.  The last few months have been extremely stressful, yet exciting! We are missing our Lexington friends and family so much!

Weekends at the Beach. We have spent several weekends just hanging out at the beach.  Hermosa Beach is my favorite South Bay Spot  We also ventured to Malibu on weekend, which is really cool.  It's a different vibe, and much less busy.  Most Malibu beaches are difficult to get to because multi-million dollar beach properties line the coast.  Even though most of the beach line is "public", the homeowners (lots of celebrities) put up signs and gates- perceiving the areas to be private.
