Anthony & I spent some more time in Colorado. We are in love with Denver and the mountains. After Anthony lived in Colorado for two years, he has been wanting to move back. Until we can make that happen, we will be visiting often.

Cooking with Phil Dunn

Last Saturday, we had a little celebration for Miss Amanda Gilley, soon to be Trisler.

Her fabulous bridesmaids put together a group cooking class! We learned so much and got to spend some quality girl time. It was a super cute idea for a bride-to-be! My sister is getting married next year and this is definitely something I want to do for her!

I sadly did not take any pictures of the cooking process or of our delicious meal. Phil Dunn allows you to bring your own wine to class, need less to say, we had a few...bottles.

Saturday Anthony & I are off to Aspen for some time on the slopes! We are so excited! We will also be spending St.Patty's day in Denver. Don't worry when I return I will have lots of pictures to share!
