see you Lexington!

The time has came...
We are moving to Louisville. This is mainly because I am looking for a new job, though I am still going sell Aflac part-time. I want to do something I enjoy--with people I enjoy--while making decent $$! is that so much to ask?!?! I don't think so.

I am so frustrated with the Lexington job market. The fact that "middle age adults with more 'experience' " than us twenty-somethings a few years out of college are taking lower paying jobs because they lost their jobs...makes me not very happy! Those were supposed to be "our" first jobs." Instead you are part of the economic crisis aka ruining our economy with credit cards & mortgages you couldn't pay because other people your age gave them to you.
UGH!!

I guess you can tell I am frustrated. It's ok...I'm moving because there is so much more opportunity in Louisville. We don't plan to stay there too long--only a year or two. It's our baby step towards making a "big move." & I am very excited about it!

Also, a BIG change. Anthony & I will be living together...alone. Let's just be honest-we have pretty much live together since we started dating. We started dating (early summer 2009) at a very difficult time in both of our lives. It was my last semester of college- I have a full schedule, TWO full time internships, and I still worked at Bellini's. WOW. i honestly don't know how we made time for each other--but we did! On top of that Anthony had just started his first "real" job out of college-working in sales for his uncle's franchise in Louisville. Anthony actually did moveto Louisville for a month or so (with his aunt) he was still unsure where he wanted to live. So I was crazy busy and Anthony was in another city an hour away!
Anthony couldn't take living in Louisville. It was hard with me being here--he came back every single weekend and at least twice a week. Sooner or later he just moved back. He sorta moved in with me with about a month until he found a spot. Whenever he found his new house--I moved in with him. Although two of his guy friends did move in with him
almost 2 years later---we are getting our own place. finally.
